Dr. Abdullah is the CEO of Al-Rajhi Brothers Group. He previously served as Managing Director and CEO of Al-Mustathmer for Financial Securities. Before that, he was Head of Equities at Alistithmar Capital, a subsidiary of The Saudi Investment Bank. Earlier in his career, he held key positions at Al Baraka Banking Group, including Head of Investment, and served as Manager of International Equity Portfolios and Real Estate Funds at ANB Invest (a subsidiary of Arab National Bank). He holds a PhD in Economics from the Royal Academy of Economics and Technology at the Open University of Switzerland in Zurich. He also earned a Master’s in Financial Management from DePaul University in Chicago, a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of South Wales in the UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Science from British Aerospace in the UK.
